It has come to our attention that a Seller on eBay has provided shabby pieces of paper for 2 Chanel items which he has sold, which letter(s) state that Authenticate4you and/or Authenticate4U have authenticated these items, the letter stating that the item  'has been inspected by our team of experts here at Authenticate4you and has successfully passed our inspection as a Chanel piece. This bag is authentic and original'.

In BOTH of these cases have NOT inspected, nor authenticated. The letter is unsigned, with no address. There is a cell phone number present which is a cell phone connected to our website. However, the numbers are transposed - this is clear indication that the culprit visited our website during the first week of operation of that cell phone - as our web team inadvertently loaded the wrong number (numbers are transposed). This number was only available via 'automated response'. Therefore - there was a clear attempt by someone/or somebody to carry out this fraudulent activity, by using a similar and also 'same' name as our Service.

We take this matter most seriously.

We would urge ANY and ALL prospective buyers to contact us if they are advised we have authenticated an item, or if they are provided with a document which appears to have come from our Service. We are always happy to confirm that we have provided Service (no private/personal details are relayed). Please ensure your safety - please check - please do not be scammed. are always here for our clients, both past, present and future - and it is our aim to ensure your safety. BEWARE - check with us - we are always here to help.

Thank you.
