Written Statement - (suitable for PayPal
Claim Process)
A Written Statement is required in any PayPal Dispute/Claim process. We can provide a full Written Statement outlining the issues with an item if it has been deemed fake. We provide a resume of our Company and also our Design Brand Associates (whichever Brand is pertinent to the particular item). Statements are prepared by our Design Brand Associates, using their extensive knowledge and also any references which they may have available to them. At times like this - we understand that you, the client, are upset and we do our utmost to ensure that your process is dealt with quickly and with care. Advice is always available. We are here to help.
For this service, we require the Auction Listing Number, and also additional photographs in Albums (if appropriate). Initially, the Auction Listing will be checked, and from there, our Design Brand Associate will advise/request any additional photos which may be necessary.

Our Standard Fee is £30.00/$50.00 - this is valid for ALL items with the exception of Hermes.
Hermes items have a surcharge (please contact us for details), and this is a flat Fee of £100.00/$150.00

Extract Statement - (suitable for PayPal Claim process - in certain cases only)
We have offer an Extract Statement in the case of items such as accessories - i.e., wallets, keychains, shoes, boots, costume jewellery, clothing (see value allowed below), and this will provide the client with the full details required by PayPal, and also include photos to highlight the anomallies. This is Service is ONLY available for items which are valued at under £300/$500 USD.Please do not ask for this Service for an item of greater value. We are offering this as a courtesy to clients with lower value items, as we feel the Service is required.
